Accessibility Statement
1. Commitment
Certisyn, Inc. builds verification infrastructure for institutional reliance, and every person who relies on it must be able to use it. Our conformance target for certisyn.com and app.certisyn.com is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, aligned with EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
2. Measures
- Semantic HTML with a single page heading and an ordered heading hierarchy;
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators;
- Text and interface colour contrast designed to the WCAG 2.2 AA ratios;
- Text alternatives for informative images and labelled form controls;
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 320 CSS pixels and respect browser zoom and reduced-motion settings;
- Published reports and certificates available as structured web pages and as PDF.
3. Request an accessible format or report a barrier

Include the page address, the assistive technology you use and a description of the barrier. We acknowledge each request within 2 business days and provide the content in an accessible alternative format or a fix plan within 10 business days.
4. Enforcement route
If our response does not resolve your request, you may contact the supervisory or enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States this is the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division; in the European Union it is the national market surveillance authority of your Member State.
